3. Refund Guarantee Policy

If at any point you genuinely feel that the Organizers have not maintained transparency during the workshop, you may request a full refund of
the registration fee.
To make such a request, you will need to share with us a brief explanation of where you believe we failed to be transparent. This helps us
review the matter fairly and improve.
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will process your refund in good faith within [X business days], with no unnecessary difficulty or
delay.
Please note: Refunds apply only on grounds of lack of transparency, not on dissatisfaction with outcomes, style of teaching, or the level of
