By enrolling in our Halal E-commerce Bootcamp, Webinar, or Mentorship Program (“Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the participant and the organization while maintaining ethical, halal, and transparent business practices.
1. Nature of the Program
- The Program is educational and mentorship-based, focused on building halal-compliant e-commerce businesses.
- We provide training, guidance, frameworks, tools, and live demonstrations.
- We do not guarantee income, profits, or business success. Results depend entirely on the participant’s effort, implementation, market conditions, and consistency.
Let’s be clear: we enable learning and execution—we do not sell shortcuts or false promises.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- The Program is intended for individuals who agree to conduct business in a halal, ethical, and lawful manner.
- Any intent to sell haram products or engage in unethical practices is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are clearly communicated before enrollment.
- Payments may be made as:
- One-time full payment, or
- Installments (if explicitly agreed in writing).
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Unless explicitly mentioned, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
